Hamburger Balls

Mrs. Yasushi Kurisu – Hakalau

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 loaf bread
  • salt
  • pepper

Soak bread in some water, then squeeze the water off. Mash the bread.

Mix hamburger, tomato sauce, chopped onions, salt and pepper and combine with bread. Roll into balls and fry in little fat as possible.
