Fried Chicken

  • 5 lbs. chicken thighs deboned=3 1/2 lbs)

Sauce:

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. shoyu
  • 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying
  1. Mix all ingredients for sauce thoroughly.
  2. Marinate deboned chicken in sauce mixture overnight.
  3. Fry over low heat.

NOTE: This dish is delicious hot or cold!
