Flank Steak Barbecue
Mrs. Carmichael – Naalehu
- 2 lb. flank or chuck steak
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Oil to brown meat
Brown meat that has been floured and seasoned. Add sauce:
- 1 c water
- 1 T mustard (prepared)
- 1 onion, medium sized, minced
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Simmer until meat is tender.
