Fish Burger
- 2 lbs. Aku or Ahi, finely diced
- ¼ cup miso
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup bisquick
- ½ cup green onions
- 1 beaten egg
Mix all above ingredients together in a bowl and form into 2″ patties and fry. Tends to cook quickly and will burn if too high heat is used.
Serve with hot mustard and shoyu mixture.
