Breaded Shrimps
- 11b. fresh frozen shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/4 t pork fat (or bacon fat)
- 1 T green onions
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 egg white
- 1 t ajinomoto
- 1 t cornstarch, optional
Mash together in suribachi and spread on decrusted bread slices. Cut in fancy shapes and fry in deep fat after sprinkling with white sesame seeds.
