Easy Spareribs

  • 3 lbs. spareribs
  • 4 garlic
  • 1/2 C cider vinegar
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C shoyu

Combine all the above ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until it’s tender, stirring occasionally.

  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 can pineapple juice (6 fl. oz.) or substitute 1 can pineapple chunks with juice (8¼ oz.)

Make cornstarch paste with pineapple juice and pour over ribs. Cook for 15 minutes.
