Easy Spareribs
- 3-4 lbs. pork butt cut into ½ inch pieces
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
Brown pork with garlic. Mix brown sugar and pineapple juice. Pour over browned pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and cook for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Add pineapple, fresh or canned (optional).
