Creamed Tuna
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2-3 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 can tuna
- Corn, peas, carrots, canned or frozen
- Cook the butter and flour.
- Slowly add the milk to form a paste.
- Add the tuna, salt, and pepper.
- Just before serving, add the vegetables.
NOTE: Serve on rice or toast.
