Cool-N-Easy Pie

  • 2/3 C. boiling water
  • 3 1/4 oz. pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin, any flavor
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 graham piecrust

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in a large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes to dissolved mixture. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any un-melted ice cubes. Gently stir in Cool Whip with a wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
