Cauliflower with Cheese and Shrimp
Mrs. Kimiyo Matsuoka – Hoolulu
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 can shrimp
- ½ of a green pepper, chopped
- ¾ c grated cheese
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
Clean and boil cauliflower till done. Clean shrimps if necessary. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, milk and seasonings. Add green pepper and cheese. Add shrimp. Place cauliflower in serving dish. Pour sauce over, sprinkle with a little grated cheese and serve.
