Beef Broccoli
- 1 lb. meat sliced
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. shoyu
- 1 tbsp. crushed ginger
- 2 tbsp. sherry or whiskey
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 lb. broccoli, sliced
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp. salt
Marinate meat with shoyu, ginger, sherry and flour. Heat 1 tsp. wesson oil and stir-fry broccoli, add salt and water. Simmer until tender then take out. Stir-fry meat in 1 tbsp. heated oil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and serve.
