Beef Bar B’Q

  • 1 pc. round steak
  • 3 or 4 hard boiled eggs

Flatten meat with knife on both sides, place eggs in center and roll, tie with string to hold in place. Marinate this in sauce made with:

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 4 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1½ tsp. vinegar
  • 1½ tsp. sesame seed (toasted)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne (if desired)

Simmer with part of sauce until tender. Slice ½ inch in thickness and serve.
