Beef Kabobs
- 1 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 bay leaf
- ¼ tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. lean meat, cut in 1″ cubes
- 4 small onions, cut in ¼” slices
- 1 basket cherry tomato
- 2 green pepper, seeded & quartered
Combine oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour marinade on the rest and refrigerate several hours. Thread skewers and broil.
