Beef Kabobs

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 3 lbs. lean meat, cut in 1″ cubes
  • 4 small onions, cut in ¼” slices
  • 1 basket cherry tomato
  • 2 green pepper, seeded & quartered

Combine oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour marinade on the rest and refrigerate several hours. Thread skewers and broil.
