Baked Spareribs #2
- 3 lbs. spareribs (about 5” strips)
Brown in oven and pour sauce and bake for 1½ hours.
Sauce:
In fry pan fry 1 onion, chopped
Add:
- ¾ cup chili sauce
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- drop tabasco sauce
