Spareribs

  • 5 lbs. spareribs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce

Add ginger, garlic, monosodium glutamate and red coloring if desired. Boil ribs and drain. Add above ingredients. Soak for few minutes and broil in oven or over charcoal. Sauce can be used again. Keep sauce refrigerated.
