Baked Spareribs

  • 4 lbs. spareribs
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup shoyu
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup catsup
  • ¼ cup sherry (optional)
  • 2 tsp. salt

Select small ribs and cut into serving pieces. Mix all ingredients and soak ribs for couple hours. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, basting couple of times.
