Tuna ‘N Chip Casserole

- 2 cans tuna
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. frozen peas (cooked)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium pkg. potato chips
Melt butter in skillet, stir-fry onion slices. Add tuna and continue cooking until heated through. Add mushroom soup and milk stirring to prevent scorching. Add cooked peas, and potato chips and mix. Remove from stove and place in a casserole and bake in oven, 325 to 350 degrees, for 30 minutes. Sprinkle slightly crushed potato chips over the top in last five minutes of cooking. Serves 6.
