Tofu Pie

  • 3 oz. box Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 C. boiling water
  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 ready-made graham crack piecrust
  • fruits and Cool Whip, optional

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water then cool. Combine the Jell-O mixture in a blender with the tofu and Cool Whip and blend into smooth. Pour tofu mixture into the piecrust. Set in refrigerator overnight. Top with sliced fruits and Cool Whip if desired.
