Konyaku With Lemon Juice

SUGARLESS SIDE DISH–GOOD FOR DIABETICS

  • 2 squares konyaku
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • dash of cayenne

Slice konyaku in thin strips. Squeeze excess water from strips. Add other ingredients and mix well. If available, add few thin slices of celery for something crunchy.
