Konyaku

  • 1/3 cup konyaku ko (powder)
  • 9 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp. lime
  • 1½ cups water

Sprinkle ko in water gradually, mixing constantly. Mix until batter thickens. Let it stand 3 hours. After 3 hours, add 1 cup of the milky mixture of lime and water. Mix it thoroughly.

Make in desired patties and cook in boiling water for 15–20 minutes.
