Baked Udon

  • 1 pkg. udon, boiled
  • ¾ lb. ground beef or pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 dried mushrooms, softened in water and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups or more milk

Cook meat, onion, mushroom in 2 tbsp. oil and salt and pepper to season. Put butter or margarine on casserole and put udon and meat mixture in layers and pour milk over layers, cover. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
