Taegu
- 1 lb. codfish, dried and shredded
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. sesame seed oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- Dash of Ajinomoto
- Rinse codfish and let stand in water just until codfish softens – about 10 minutes.
- Drain and dry with paper towel.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add to the codfish.
- Keep in tightly covered jar.
