Pupu Wings

  • 4 lbs. chicken drummettes or wings
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • Oil for frying

Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk green onion, minced
  • 1 chili pepper, minced
  1. Combine salt and flour.
  2. Coat chicken drummettes or wings with mixture.
  3. Fry in oil until cooked.
  4. Dip chicken while still hot into dipping sauce and arrange on a serving platter.

NOTE: Delicious served hot or cold!
