Cheese Puffs

Baking Time: 10-15 minutes
Temperature: 350°

Yields: 12 puffs

  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. American cheese, finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • Dash of dry mustard
  • 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
  • 12 toast rounds or squares, (approximate)
  1. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, Worchestershire sauce and mustard.
  2. Fold into beaten egg white.
  3. Lightly spoon onto toasted rounds or squares.
  4. Place on ungreased cooky sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° (moderate) oven for 10-15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot!
