Fried Tofu
- 1 block tofu, quartered and drained
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Ginger Miso Sauce:
- 1/4 c. miso
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Ginger Shoyu Sauce:
- 1/4 c. shoyu
- 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp. green onion, minced
- Dredge tofu in flour.
- Fry in hot oil until light brown on each side.
- Serve with desired sauce.
Preparation of Both Sauces:
- Combine sauce ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Serve in individual dish with fried tofu.
