Creamed Tuna

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2-3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can tuna
  • Corn, peas, carrots, canned or frozen
  1. Cook the butter and flour.
  2. Slowly add the milk to form a paste.
  3. Add the tuna, salt, and pepper.
  4. Just before serving, add the vegetables.

NOTE: Serve on rice or toast.
