Mrs. Sawada’s Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Pie Shell:

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Sift dry ingredients into a 10-inch pie pan. Add butter and crumble together. Press firmly against sides and bottom of pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Macadamia nut bits can be added.

Filling:

  • 2 blocks (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box Dream Whip, whipped
  • 1 can Comstock Blueberry Pie Filling

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla well. Fold in whipped cream and put it into cooled pie shell. Top with blueberries. Chill well before serving.
