Stuffed Shrimp
- 15 extra large shrimps
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. panko flakes
- Oil for frying
Stuffing:
- 1 container surimi (fish cake)
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 large shiitake (dried mushrooms)
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- Soak the dried mushrooms in water for 20 minutes and chop.
- Peel and devein the shrimps.
- Mix all stuffing ingredients together.
- Stuff the shrimp with the mixture.
- Roll the stuffed shrimp in flour.
- Roll the stuffed shrimp in the beaten eggs.
- Roll the stuffed shrimp in the panko flakes.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
