Fried Chicken
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs deboned=3 1/2 lbs)
Sauce:
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- Mix all ingredients for sauce thoroughly.
- Marinate deboned chicken in sauce mixture overnight.
- Fry over low heat.
NOTE: This dish is delicious hot or cold!
