Bar-B-Que Spareribs
- 5-6 lbs. spareribs
Sauce:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. shoyu
- 1/3 c. oyster sauce
- Boil spareribs in water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Marinate ribs for 8-10 hours.
- Broil or bar-b-que spareribs for 15 minutes.
