Pork Spareribs

Yields: 6 servings

  • 3 lbs. bar-b-que spareribs
  • 1/3 c. shoyu
  • 2/3 c. catsup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Dash of Ajinomoto
  1. Boil the spareribs for 45 minutes; then drain.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together.
  3. Brush sauce on spareribs.
  4. Bar-b-que baste as you cook on the grill.
