Pork Spareribs
Yields: 6 servings
- 3 lbs. bar-b-que spareribs
- 1/3 c. shoyu
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 onion, chopped
- Dash of Ajinomoto
- Boil the spareribs for 45 minutes; then drain.
- Mix all the other ingredients together.
- Brush sauce on spareribs.
- Bar-b-que baste as you cook on the grill.
