Ume Spareribs

  • 3 lbs. spareribs

Sauce:

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 1/2 c. oyster sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. ume juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 piece ginger, grated
  • 1/2 c. miso
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  1. Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Marinate ribs in sauce overnight.
  3. Bake at 350° or cook in a slow cooker until done.
