Spareribs
- 3 lbs. spareribs
First Sauce:
- 4 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 3-4 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. shoyu
- 1 piece garlic, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, chopped
Second Sauce:
- 1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Boil the spareribs for 15 minutes.
- Marinate the ribs in the first sauce for 1 hour.
- Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
- Take ribs out and sprinkle on the second sauce.
- Bake for 5 more minutes.
