Teriyaki Meat
- 1 lb. teriyaki meat, sliced
Sauce:
- 1/2 c. shoyu
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1 piece ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
- Soak meat in sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Broil.
