Chocolate Delight

- 1 C. flour
- 1 block butter or margarine
- 1 C. nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C. powder sugar, sifted
- 1 C. Cool Whip, divided
- 4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 2 3/4 C. cold milk
Preheat the oven to 375°. Mix together flour, butter, and nuts to make a crust then spread evenly in a 9″x13″ baking pan. Bake crust for 10 to 15 minutes then remove from oven and cool. Blend together cream cheese, sugar and half of the Cool Whip then spread evenly over crust. Beat together instant pudding and milk then pour mixture over cream cheese mixture evenly. Spread remaining cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
