Juicy Rich Meat Balls

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c uncooked Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2/3 c tomato juice
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls. Roll in flour, brown in hot fat. Add tomato sauce, simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
