Flank Steak Barbecue

Mrs. Carmichael – Naalehu

  • 2 lb. flank or chuck steak
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil to brown meat

Brown meat that has been floured and seasoned. Add sauce:

  • 1 c water
  • 1 T mustard (prepared)
  • 1 onion, medium sized, minced
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic

Simmer until meat is tender.
