Pork Sausage
Mrs. Hisako Ito – Hoolulu
- 1 lb pork
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
Slice pork of proper proportion of fat and lean into strips for grinding. Sprinkle the salt and spices on the pieces and grind to suitable fineness in food chopper.
Form into sausage shape and fry in pan.
