Stuffed Steak

- Thinly sliced sheet of beef
- Salt and Pepper
- Strips of carrot, potatoes and celery
Sprinkle salt and pepper on meat. Lay the vegetable strips and roll with the grain, so meat will slice across the grain when it is cut. Fasten roll with tooth pick. Brown on all sides. Cover and bake in moderate oven (350° F) for 1½ hours or cook on stove top in covered thick skillet.
