Warabi Namasu #2

- 1 bunch warabi
- 1 package Ogo (seaweed)
- 1 round onion
- Green onions
- Lemon Juice, Japanese Vinegar, and Sugar to your individual taste
- White toasted sesame seed.
1. Use 15-20 warabi stalks
2. Cut into 1/2″ size and parboil.
3. Run warabi under cold water and drain.
4. Prepare ogo (seaweed) by pouring hot water over ogo in colander.
5. Cut round onions.
6. Chop Green onions.
7. Combine ingredients and add some lemon juice, Japanese vinegar, sugar and sprinkle in white toasted sesame seeds.
8. Chill and serve.
OPTIONAL: You may add imitation crab, boiled clams or hokkigai.
