Veal Cutlets in White Wine
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 5 veal cutlets (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 T. instant beef bouillon
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 T. dried parsley flakes
Place butter and garlic in 2-quart glass baking dish. Microwave on ROAST for about two minutes or until butter melts. Coat veal in garlic butter and arrange in dish. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on SIMMER for 25-30 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
