Microwave Steak Kau
- 1 lb. beef cut in strips
- 20 dried mushroom, soaked
- 1 lb. chinese green peas or cucumber
Marinade:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. minced ginger
- 2 T. chopped green onions
- 2 T. oyster sauce
- 2 T. shoyu
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 t. sugar
- ½ t. salt
Use browning dish. Heat dish on HIGH for 3 minutes. Put meat in and cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and peas and cook for 2 minutes. If not enough water add 2 T. water. Let stand for a few minutes. Just before serving heat for 2 minutes.
