Microwave Steak Kau

  • 1 lb. beef cut in strips
  • 20 dried mushroom, soaked
  • 1 lb. chinese green peas or cucumber

Marinade:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. minced ginger
  • 2 T. chopped green onions
  • 2 T. oyster sauce
  • 2 T. shoyu
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 t. sugar
  • ½ t. salt

Use browning dish. Heat dish on HIGH for 3 minutes. Put meat in and cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and peas and cook for 2 minutes. If not enough water add 2 T. water. Let stand for a few minutes. Just before serving heat for 2 minutes.
