Turkey or Chicken Stuffing
- 1 block butter
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
- ½ green pepper, chopped fine
- Gizzards & liver, chopped fine
- 1 loaf bread
- 3 eggs, beaten
Break off bread and wet a little with water. Add beaten eggs to wet bread pieces. In skillet, melt butter and fry chopped vegetables. Add liver and gizzards. Then add bread. Toss lightly around. After bread is in skillet, turn off heat and season with salt, MSG and very little poultry seasoning.
