Ground Chicken Balls
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup flour
- oil
Soup Stock:
- 1½ cup water
- 1 pkg. Dashino tomo or your own soup stock
- ¼ cup shoyu
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
Mix ground chicken and eggs until well blended. Add flour and mix well.
To make the chicken balls, wet hands and put chicken mixture in palm of hand and with a wet teaspoon, roll mixture until its like a ball.
Heat oil and drop balls and fry until brown. Drain fat on paper towel or pour hot water on balls and drain.
Boil soup stock and add chicken balls. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve hot.
