Tuna Rice Casserole

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green or black olives
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2-3 cups cooked rice
  1. In a saucepan mix the tuna, soup, milk and olives. Heat. Mix in the rice.
  2. In a baking dish that has been greased; add in alternate layers

    a. tuna rice mixture )

    b. Chinese noodles ) – Make three layers

    c. cheese )
  3. Bake in a covered casserole for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
  4. Bake for five minutes more or until cheese is browned, uncovered.
