Tofu Balls
- 1 block tofu
- 1 can crab meat or ¾ cup ground pork
- 2 large dried mushroom
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped fine
- 2 eggs
Soak dried mushrooms in water. Squeeze water out from tofu and mash fine. Clean crab meat and slice in pieces. Chop mushroom and onions fine. Add all and mix well. Shape into tiny balls. Deep fry. Serve with mustard and shoyu sauce. The mixture may be seasoned before frying if you wish to omit the sauce mixture.
