Stuffed Flank Steak

  • 2 pounds flank steak

Stuffing:

  • 1 cup hamburger (cooked beforehand)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled left-over bread
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Have butcher make pocket in flank steak for both ends and stuff in with bread and other dressing. Bring both ends of flank steak together, skewer with toothpicks. Spread shortening or butter all over and then bake. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
