Stuffed Age (Fried Tofu)

  • 1 Tofu, drained and mashed
  • 6 mushrooms, soaked and chopped
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 a-ge (each cut into 3 pieces)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. shoyu
  • Dash of ajinomoto

Mix together all ingredients, except the a-ge. Stuff the a-ge with the pork mixture and place on bowl. Put bowl in steamer and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.
