Stuffed Age (Fried Tofu)
- 1 Tofu, drained and mashed
- 6 mushrooms, soaked and chopped
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 6 a-ge (each cut into 3 pieces)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. shoyu
- Dash of ajinomoto
Mix together all ingredients, except the a-ge. Stuff the a-ge with the pork mixture and place on bowl. Put bowl in steamer and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.
