Steamed Pork with Cuttlefish

  • 1 lb. pork, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 6 small cuttlefish – soaked in water, cleaned
  • 1 chung choi – Chinese dry salted cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 Tbsp. whiskey or gin
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. chopped ginger

Mix pork, and rest of ingredients. Steam over water about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle green onions, chopped fine over top. Serve.
