Spinach Balls
- 1 box Onion/Mushroom Stuffing
- 2 boxes Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 pound Mushrooms, chopped fine
- 1 cup Margarine, melted and cooled
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Combine all ingredients. Form into walnut size balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm.
Place on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
