Spinach Balls

  • 1 box Onion/Mushroom Stuffing
  • 2 boxes Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 pound Mushrooms, chopped fine
  • 1 cup Margarine, melted and cooled
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Form into walnut size balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm.

Place on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
